Farewell Firepit

After further market research and discussions with the hospital, we’ve decided to give up on trying to lease the patio space. It just doesn’t look like it will be a viable option. The minimum market cost of the patio significantly exceeds historical revenue numbers and will very likely exceed projected revenue numbers by a large margin. We’ve decided to focus on maintaining our cozy atmosphere inside and searching for the next location and will be saving up towards that goal.

So squeeze in and make a new friend in the smallest bar around! And pet a dog!
